Remember all those times that you wanted to share or take over the life of some character? Compared to them, your life is boring. Nothing happens. Nothing ever will happen. All you can see is the amazing, sparkly, excitement encrusted life that they get. But, what kind of life is that?
Recall that phrase, “The grass is always greener on the other side?”
Now, remember all those characters who just wanted to have a normal life? They were sick and tired of being chased all over creation or having to save the world time after time. All they wanted was just a little peace and quiet. To be normal. But, what is normal?

Greetings again,
I know its been ages since I posted last, but life is trying to drown me at the moment and I’ve come up for a few seconds of air to let you know: I’m taking a bit of time to consider the focus of this blog. I’m a writer, yes, but I’m also an artist; a visual artist. Let that warn you that my future focus is likely to include more artsy things… YAY!

Well, the new design is up. I’m sorry, but it hasn’t migrated it’s way over to the blog here yet. Â I hope to do so once my life cools off a bit again. Until then, I’ll be adding the links to my site into my “The RSS” section to the right.
I’ll be posting updates here as I finish off pages and complete things. So stay tuned and I hope I won’t bored with my few and far-between posts.

Ever seen one of these pictures?
They’re quite interesting. A mirror within the lens causes the camera to only focus across one section of the image. This mirror also causes the rest of the image to blur out quicker. Quicker than normal.
This causes the subject of the image to look small, miniature and insignificant, but also incredibly detailed.

Hello,
This is just the RSS popping in to say that the look of things around here are changing. Well, not yet, but soon. My half-crazed mind is busy whirring together a design to code. Once I’m done, a beautiful new layout will grace this blog and the rest of my website (and you’ll actually have links to the rest of my site!)
In the meantime, I shall still be forcing myself to sit down and write stuff out for this blog. I’m hoping to to get better at this as time goes on. But at the moment, let’s focus on the up and coming prettiness!

taunting me,

(part eight of eight – lyrics (c) Loreena McKinnett)
Now all ye lovers, that faithful prove,
The sun shines fair on Carlisle wall
Pray for their souls who died for love
For Love shall still be lord of all.

(part seven of eight – lyrics (c) Loreena McKinnett)
And then he took the cross divine,
Where the sun shines fair on Carlisle wall,
And died for her sake in Palestine;
So Love was still the lord of all.

So perish all would true love part
That Love may still be lord of all!

That wine she had not tasted well
The sun shines fair on Carlisle wall
When dead, in her true love’s arms, she fell,
For Love was still the lord of all!
