The Case In Question
So, tonight I was going to post something along the lines of bookmarks. But the end of school came in the way during the week and I never did get the time to make that post. This has actually left me a few options, one of which I have chosen to write about (and I’m sure you’re bouncing with excitement).
I thought I’d give you a look into my artistic schooling!
Excited right? Hehe, what I’ve got here is the final project for my design class. We were told to make a case for a movie or album or other CD/DVD type thing. It could be unpublished as of yet, like an up coming release, or it could be a re-release or even a special edition! The point was to examine the product we had chosen and come up with something fresh, new and, well, exciting.
I chose to remake the case for the album The Airship by Port Blue, a recent band I’ve grown to enjoy. They’re probably better known their later band, or I should say his later band, Owl City. Port Blue is ambient type music that could be compared to Owl City without lyrics. I was eager to dive into this project and here is the result:
