Browsing around, I’ve come across far too many awesome\/interesting articles. Thus,\u00c2\u00a0I’ve decided to make Mondays into link sharing days! \nWatch the average conversation between two people. 90% of that conversation isn’t<\/em>\u00c2\u00a0in what’s\u00c2\u00a0Spoken<\/em>, it’s in what they are DOING\u00c2\u00a0while<\/em>\u00c2\u00a0they are speaking. It’s in their\u00c2\u00a0Body Language<\/strong>. Body-language cues in your story alert the reader by SHOWING them what is going on in a character’s head\u00c2\u00a0without<\/em>\u00c2\u00a0Telling them, and without resorting to using the most often repeated word in fiction:\u00c2\u00a0said<\/strong>.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

I detail\u00c2\u00a0everything<\/em>. Seriously. I believe in a\u00c2\u00a0Total Immersion<\/em>\u00c2\u00a0style of writing. In other words, I want to know the world so well, I can simply step into the mind and skin of my main character and LIVE the story.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
